- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- In order to qualify for a return, the product(s) must be in their original packaging. The product(s) must NOT be used, opened, tampered with, damaged, and be considered "Brand New". Items that are returned that do not meet this criteria will NOT receive a refund. ALL "SINGLES" SALES ARE FINAL
- Due to health concerns, we CANNOT accept returns on adult products (including but not limited to pills, condoms, lubricants, toys, games, and lingerie) that fail to meet the criteria of "Brand New".
- MadRat Toys is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit to our facility. Please provide the appropriate protection, as damaged returns will receive no credit or refund.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ship the return back to our facility. No shipping label or pre-paid return label will be provided.
- If you have a question or issue regarding an adult product that you purchased, please reach out to the manufacturer directly to file a claim or to be assisted with repairs or troubleshooting.
Bundle & Save Promotion:
- If your order contains the bundle & save promotion, your return amount will be adjusted accordingly to properly represent the remaining amount of items in your order. For example, if you received a 10% discount for purchasing four products and returned two, your discount will be adjusted by 5%.
Upgraded Shipping:
- If you placed an order with upgraded shipping (Express is the way, Overnight, 2-Day Shipping) the shipping total will NOT be refunded. Refunds are provided for the item cost only.
International & Domestic Orders:
- MadRat Toys will NOT provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. It will be up to you to generate a shipping label and have the product sent back to our facility.
Return Instructions:
1) Contact our MadRat Toys Support Team.
2) Please be ready to provide pictures of the packaging that you received (Polymailer, Envelope, or Box, and Shipping Label). In addition, please include clear picture of the product itself.
3) If the Return is approved and meets our Return Guidelines, our MadRat Toys Support Team will provide you with our return address. MadRat Toys will not provide a pre0paid return label.
4) Please allow 24-72 Hours to process the return once it arrives at our facility.
